Leave the final details to me and focus on enjoying the moment. I’ll take care of communicating with vendors, creating the day's timeline and be there to keep everything running smoothly on your big day.

  • Two meetings within our scheduled month

  • Venue visit/walk through

  • Timeline creation one month prior to the wedding date

  • Vendor Management during our scheduled month

  • Planner’s prep time 

  • Transportation of goods to and from venue

  • Set up and tear down of personal items 

  • Day of event timeline creation and management

  • For Weddings - On site rehearsal coordination (rehearsal dinner not included)

  • On site support will include one lead planner and one assistant (if additional assistance is required based on event needs - CWE will confirm this 30 days before event)
