Destination Wedding
It is important to have all the elements of your wedding run seamlessly, regardless of its location! If your perfect venue is farther than 2 hours of driving time outside of the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, this package is for you. First pick your “Full Service” or “Month of” preference and then make note of the following:

Should the event include a flight, the client will cover:

• Cost of round trip flight for Cari Waitz and One Assistant for the event

• Cost of round trip flight for Cari Waitz for any pre planning meetings at location.

• Overnight accommodations for Cari Waitz and One Assistant for the event
• Overnight accommodations for Cari Waitz for any pre planning meetings at location.
• Rental car (if needed)

Should the wedding be within driving distance, the client will cover:
• Overnight accommodations for Cari Waitz and One Assistant for the event

• Overnight accommodations for Cari Waitz for any pre planning meetings at location.
• Fuel

Regardless of driving or flying, I will cover the cost for meals.
